Walther Bottaro lectures in undergraduate and specialization programs at FIPECAFI and FECAP, and is an expert in Brazilian taxation and international accounting (IFRS), recognized by ACCA. Teaching feeds the research — and the research flows back into the classroom and into expert-witness practice.

2023 — 1st edition

The pioneering census of Italian companies’ survival in Brazil, presented to the Italian-Brazilian business community.

2024 — 2nd edition

The Italian census updated and deepened: success rates by segment, state and investor type — the methodology that became the basis of later editions.

2026 — 3rd edition

Expanded to the EU-27: 25,159 companies, 11,583 active (46%), individual country studies in six languages and an interactive atlas — in the context of the EU–Mercosur Agreement.
